Product Description
Universal Poles
Universal Poles are used to create live work equipment such as earthing sets, instrument handles etc. They guarantee the safety distance and the necessary insulation during live electrical work. They can be supplied with a universal fitting brass 'rising suninch head, on one end or both ends depending on the application. They can be shortened if necessary. These universal poles can be used for:
• Earth set sticks, by directly and permanently attaching the earthing clamp to the pole
• As a permanent instrument hot sticks
• General purpose – they can be cut, the heads can be changed etc.
The sticks are made from a fibreglass epoxy tube filled with polyurethane foam which offers excellent mechanical and dielectric strength.
